to Flybuys
Flybuys wanted to reintroduce itself to new members with a warm, modern and engaging welcome experience and to create an onboarding experience that felt human, helpful and distinctly Flybuys. Creating visual guidelines to ensure consistency across photography, typography and colour, making sure every touchpoint felt cohesive and approachable.
The new look brought warmth and clarity to the onboarding experience, making it easier for members to understand the program and feel part of it from the start. Stronger visual storytelling and a consistent tone helped drive early engagement and set the foundation for future communications.
